Claudio Cerquetti from Rome (Italy), is a professional photographer working in the area of advertising for Hi-end Resorts and Real Estate projects supporting sales and marketing of more then 180 brands in South East Asia. 

   

Over the last 3 decades Claudio has produced 26 technical books on photography in Europe, Japan and the United States. As a photojournalist, he has been published in major Italian and Japanese photo magazines as well as in Germany and the USA with photo essays on Tibet; Japan; Mexico; Jamaica; Turkey, Venezuela; Costa Rica; Iceland; Morocco; Egypt; New Caledonia; Australia, USA, Nepal, Laos, Cambodia, China and Italy, to name just a few. 

 

In Italy Claudio has been teaching for five years at the Academy of Art in Rome also on subjects such as Photography for marketing and advertising, while in Japan, Claudio is a consultant with Canon Camera Company Ltd. in testing their new camera equipment before going on sale. 

 

In 1990 Claudio was awarded by Orvieto Photography as the youngest Italian author who as published the major amount of books before reaching the age of 30. In 2003 he was awarded from the Wasabi Studio Association (Tokyo, Milano, Rome) as the Italian writer who has authored the most number of photographic books on various topics in the previous ten years.

Active in charity since 2010 Claudio has been serving as President of the Rotary Club of Koh Samui, leading his Club in numerous actions for the benefit of the local community. www.rotarysamui.org 

As main activity Claudio is the Managing Director of fantasyatwork.com: since 1984 the Company has been actively cooperating in promoting the tourism for the Western Australia Tourism Commission, also spending three years in South America and further three in Japan. In the last 12 years Claudio has been working asasisting SKAL, THA (Thai Hotels Association), TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand) in the Chapter of Koh Samui and TAKS, provided imagery to promote the tourism in the Kingdom of Thailand.
